Shel Thomas
Shel began her real estate career in 1997 with Realty Center's East Brainerd Campus. Starting with Realty Center is the reason she credits with a long career in Real Estate. “They trained me well, gave me support, and pointed me in the right direction.” As a Georgia native, she is a natural leader of our North Georgia campus and in helping all of our dual licensed agents manage the differences between Tennessee and Georgia laws & contracts. Amy Kuehnel
Experience in Real Estate started at an early age for Amy. Growing up in a family of investors and entrepreneurs, there was always buying and selling activity, meetings with contractors and developers, designs being drafted, and negotiation skills being sharpened. She found the industry very intriguing, so eventually left her 15 year career as an educator. In 2007 she obtained her Affiliate Broker's license, followed by her Broker’s license in 2022.
Amy is a life-long Chattanooga resident, currently calling the community of Signal Mountain her home, where she enjoys volunteering, hiking, gardening, and is a devoted leader for the Signal Mountain campus.
